Yearly crossover time! xD
I swear, someday I'll stop spamming you with Eurovision fan arts, but now I'm just on the wave until I get all my ideas out of my head somehow. So brace youself If you already didn't.

So this was born out of our stupid babbling with my friend Eclair. When we first saw Slovenia's performance, we was all like "Oh! She's a Time Lord! That's Tardis! OH MY GOD SHE'S CASTING REGENERATION FLARES ON STARGE!".
